Hi everyoneeeee! Third post in three days! I hope you’re all ok! Here are some pictures of what I was eating today:

Breakfast:

One bowl of Original Quakers Oats with a banana and 13g of nutella. 241kcal.

I had an apple before lunch. Here was my lunch of 2 rice crackers, 1 tin of tuna with tar tar sauce, cucumber and a small bit of vegetable soup. 228kcal.

Okay I was bad today and REALLY wanted some christmas cake so…

Day 6 of 2015- 35 Days of 1200 calories

Hello everyone, can you believe it? Two blog posts in one day and now it is a daily update! Just like I used to do!

I wasn’t very hungry this morning which surprised me and so I didn’t eat my usual porridge./home/wpcom/public_html/wp-content/blogs.dir/d37/73850620/files/2015/01/img_3362.jpgThis was my lunch and it was delicious and healthy as usual, I had an apple in between breakfast and lunch. I had sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, one cooked beetroot and tuna with 10g of tar tar sauce. I then had two rice cakes too at 29kcal each. 284kcal.

After lunch I had a caramel bar, as I have shown you in a previous blog:

caramel-bar 134kcal.

For dinner I had the same as yesterday but plain white rice instead of risotto. I didn’t really want the white rice as I don’t really like it and it makes me bloated but my mum made it so I couldn’t really say no. It came to 473kcal.

Following dinner I had this lovely jelly at 18kcal:

Before bed I was feeling very dizzy and still am, but I know that is just my body burning off more calories than it is taking in and so I must just be dehydrated. I will drink more tomorrow.

My total intake was 1,200 exactly and I’m still on track with my new goal. Day 6 complete!

I JUST HAD TO UPLOAD THIS. I cannot remember the last time I was this weight, it just has never happened. I have never seen this number on scales! I know I keep saying this but I truly mean it, it is amazing and I’m keeping on going!

This was some of my lunch, I had a huge bowl of this delicious frozen fruit from Tesco which is 90p for about 200 grams! I had 80g of it for only 72kcals and it takes me ages to eat and really fills me up- 10/10 I would recommend!

Total: 127kcal.

Lunch: 4x cream crackers 140kcal, butter 55kcal, marmite 9kcal, cucumber 16kcal, carrot 26kcal, low fat houmous 90kcal.

Total: 336kcal.

Tea: Morrisons stir fry vegetables 44kcal, cooked chicken pieces 144kcal, butter 55kcal, hoisin sauce 86kcal.

Total: 329kcal.

Snacks: gala apple 47kcal, malt fruit loaf 130kcal, spearmint chewing gum 7kcal, *microwave brownie* butter 109kcal, chocolate 206kcal, sugar 60kcal, plain flour 68kcal, Water biscuits 44kcal.

Total: 672kcal.

Overall input 1464- exercise walking of 362= 1102kcal.

Pretty good! I’m going to keep up :-).

Hello everyone, I am getting back on track with the dieting now and am pretty pleased with the amount of miles I have been walking daily!

Here is my update for 29/09/14:

Breakfast: 2x cream crackers 70kcal, butter 55kcal, marmite 9kcal.

Total: 134kcal.

Lunch: large raw carrot 39kcal, cucumber 16kcal.

Total: 55kcal.

Tea: Fried chicken 106kcal, brown pasta 166kcal, butter 55kcal, peppers 29kcal, frozen sweetcorn 46kcal.

Total: 402kcal.

Snacks: gala apple 47kcal, malt fruit loaf 130kcal, *microwave brownie* made of butter 109kcal, chocolate 206kcal, sugar 60kcal, plain flour 68kcal, cherry tomatoes 80kcal, malt fruit loaf 96kcal, fig rollsx2 134kcal.

Total: 938kcal.

Overall input for today was 1529 and I walked 6miles for a total of 360kcal so..

1529-360=1169kcal.

Not a bad day, once again. I’m weighing 10st 11lb today so I have kind of come to a stand still but am pleased that I didn’t go back up to over 11stone.

Sorry the lateness again, here is my update for Wednesday, I will upload the rest of the week over tonight and tomorrow and I’ve done pretty well- a lot of exercising and a bit of unhealthy eating but not too excessive.

Here is my update then, for 01/10/14:

Breakfast: Peach 59kcal.

Total: 59kcal.

Lunch: Gala apple 52kcal, raw carrot 26kcal, low fat tesco houmous 90kcal, fig rollx2 134kcal.

Total: 302kcal.

Dinner: Spicy bean burger Morrisons (less calories than Tesco) 185kcal, brown rice 83kcal, frozen sweetcorn 46kcal, barbecue sauce 19kcal, *microwave brownie*- butter 110kcal, flour 68kcal, white sugar 64kcal, chocolate 103kcal.

Total: 678kcal.

Snacks: Mint 4kcal, nice biscuitx2 82kcal, malt fruit loaf 186kcal, water crackers 44kcal.

Total: 316kcal.

Overall input is 1,355- 342calories burnt doing 5 miles of walking = 1013kcal.

Good, happy with that!

End of Day Twenty-Seven

Hello everyone,

Today was slightly better but still not great. I am off home tomorrow so hopefully my weekend will be healthier- I am determined to make it so, after having looked at some hardcore thinspo.

Today was really hard and there were multiple times where I hate to refuse food and refuse to go into shops. In the morning my friend wanted to go into the shop for breakfast and I originally agreed, thinking I would get something too but NO my inner thin person spoke to me and refused to let me- thank goodness. She came out with 5 cookies and I didn’t even enter the store.

Secondly at lunch, my friends were craving Mcdonalds so I went into the restaurant and watched as everyone around me devoured chips and burgers and I simply ordered a cup of tea. The man behind the counter couldn’t even understand that I didn’t want any food- what the hell. Anyway, I watched her eat a cheeseburger, six chicken nuggets, chips and a chocolate milkshake- thing is, she’s skinny so where is the fairness in that? I also realised that I walked 7 miles today and am now, obviously, shattered.

Here is my update for today (25/09/14):

Breakfast: 4 Cream crackers 140kcal, marmite 9kcal, butter 72kcal, nectarine 70kcal.

Total: 291kcal. (In fairness, I ate these crackers across a four hour period)

Lunch: 1 large raw carrot 54kcal.

Total: 54kcal.

Tea: 1 Fish shop sausage 235kcal, 1 portion of chips 655kcal, mango yogurt 203kcal.

Total: 1,093kcal.

Snacks: Tea with milk 10kcal, 2 jammie dodgers 150kcal, extra strong mints 30kcal.

Total: 190kcal.

Overall input was 1,626kcal- exercise of 439kcal burnt= 1,187kcal.

Actually not too bad! I just want to only be eating that amount without having to exercise to get it down. I don’t agree with eating calories you burnt from exercise- pointless? Anyway, quite proud of how little I did eat compared to my friends! Now for some more thinspo and bed.

Sorry this one is late, I have been super busy recently with uni!

Breakfast: 0kcal.

Total: 0kcal.

Lunch: *Raspberry Crumble* Frozen raspberies 28kcal, Butter 55kcal, Granulated sugar 96kcal, White plain flour 102kcal.

Total: 281kcal.

Tea: Chilli con carne 150kcal, Brown rice 152kcal, barbecue sauce 21kcal, bakewell tart 215kcal.

Total: 538kcal.

Snacks: Frozen mango 66kcal, Cherry tomatoes 40kcal, gala apple 47kcal, club chocolate bar 118kcal, sparking diet lemonade 2kcal, cucumber 11kcal.

THEN I WENT OUT AND ATE RIDICULOUS CALORIES :-(.

A bottle of white wine 550kcal and half a chicken pizza 348kcal.

Total: 898kcal.

So my total input was 2,001kcal. So bad, I don’t even have any excuses- I danced for a solid 4 hours though so I probably burnt off calories then.

Hello lovelies,

Here is my update for yesterday (20/09/14) which makes it day TWENTY-TWO! Ah I’m  so proud of myself :-). I know I wouldn’t be keeping up with this diet if it wasn’t for this blog so I thank each and every person to visits/likes/reblogs my posts!

Yesterday was a mediocre day:

Breakfast: 1 gala apple 47kcal.

Total: 47kcal.

Lunch: Birdseye fish fingers 180kcal, Tomato ketchup 27kcal, Cherry bakewell tart 215kcal.

Total: 422kcal.

Tea: Chilli con carne 150kcal, Brown rice 152kcal, barbecue sauce 21kcal, a WHOLE big bar of Milky Bar White Chocolate Bar 550kcal.

Total: 873kcal.

Snacks: Frozen mango chunks 20kcal, Cranberry and Raspberry Juice 100kcal.

Total: 120kcal.

Exercise- 64 lengths swimming burnt 333kcal.

Total input: 1,462-333= 1,129kcal.

Not bad, under 1,200 so should be still losing some decent weight :-).

End of Day Eighteen

Hello everyone,

Just another boring daily update I’m afraid, nothing too exciting. I am realised that my blog has actually gotten quite boring over the past few weeks that I haven’t had wifi but don’t worry as I’ll be posting a lot more interesting things. If anyone has any requests also, please let me know.

You’ll be pleased to hear that I am now swimming! I am going to try and swim 2/3 times a week depending on how busy my week is. I love swimming and I’m writing this having swum twice now and it’s just so good.

However, as you can see from myfitnesspal, today was quite a bad day because… I WENT OUT AND DRANK AROUND 800 CALORIES WORTH OF WHITE WINE. 800 calories… I’m not even kidding. I hate alcohol. I have had enough of it and all it does is make you stupid and bloated and feel sick. Had I not drunk the alcohol, my day still wouldn’t have worked because I had a 4am chips. Nightmare- not as many calories as when I went to Mcdonalds but still pretty bad.

Anyway, here is my update for 16/09/14:

Breakfast: 1 nectarine 70kcal.

Total: 70kcal.

Lunch: A chocolate fruit club bar 118kcal, gala apple 52kcal, Sainsbury carrots with chunky houmous 135kcal.

Total: 305kcal.

Dinner: Chicken and ham pie (homemade) 200kcal, roasted potatoes 202kcal, carrots 17kcal, green tea 0kcal.

Total: 419kcal.

Snacks: 4x krackawheat 136kcal, white wine 800kcal, chips 400kcal.

Total: 1,336kcal.

Exercise: I walked 5 miles at a moderate pace so approx. 242kcal burnt.

Total input: 2130-242= 1888kcal.

This is SO BAD (yes, I know I’m beginning to say this a lot) but actually not AS bad as some other days and not as bad as the last time I went out drinking. I burnt off those chips today in one swim session so its not all bad. Sometimes I wonder if splitting the days into calories is the best method, perhaps having a weekly amount of calories. Or would that just be a lot of big numbers and be very confusing? I think I’ll stick to daily.
